Capcom has released the Onimusha: Way of the Sword benchmark on Steam, allowing PC players to test their systems ahead of the game’s launch. The benchmark is currently available through Steam as a playtest.
The standalone benchmark lets players gauge how well their hardware will handle the upcoming action game while also confirming the latest PC system requirements.
Set in a dark fantasy version of Edo-period Kyoto, Onimusha: Way of the Sword follows legendary samurai Miyamoto Musashi as he battles demonic Genma using the mystical Oni Gauntlet. Capcom has also modelled this version of Musashi after the late Japanese film icon Toshiro Mifune.
