Marketing for Rockstar Games’ upcoming open-world action-adventure game, GTA VI, is ramping up as promotional signage is prepped for Downtown Miami.
Content creator Joel Franco took to Twitter/X to share pictures of an aerial view of GTA VI promotional signage being prepared for marketing in Downtown Miami. According to him, people have actively been working to get these physical ads ready since this morning.
An aerial pan shot of the work-in-progress promotional signage for GTA VI can be seen in the video below.
The content creator also visited real-life counterparts of the locations seen in the GTA VI reveal trailer, comparing them in the video below.
Further evidence of marketing for GTA VI picking up pace came from recently leaked images of what appears to be an influencer kit. The pictures were shared by Twitter/X user Hitonji098, who claimed that the box is divided into several sections from the inside. They compared it to the size of the PS5 packaging, saying that it is even larger. The leaker claimed to be an employee for Unique Services Group located in Mexico. To avoid legal trouble for themselves, they later deleted their Twitter/X post containing these images. It’s possible that these influencer kits are being prepped to be sent out to members of the press as well as content creators in the days to come.

During a recent interview with investigative journalist Jason Schreier, Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick was asked about pre-order statistics for GTA VI. In response, while he declined to share actual numbers, he termed them as “exceptional,” saying they were much higher than internal forecasts and had “vastly” beaten them. The company opened pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI on June 25, 2026, giving the company more than a month of data to assess demand ahead of the game’s November 19, 2026, release.
GTA VI is set for release on November 19, 2026, for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
