Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is now available on Nintendo Switch 2, bringing the remake of the 2010 platformer to Nintendo’s latest console with enhanced visuals and additional features. The Switch 2 version includes higher-resolution graphics, an improved frame rate and mouse-style controls using the Joy-Con 2 controllers.

The Switch 2 release also includes the Costume Pack DLC. Purple Lamp developed the remake in collaboration with Disney Games, with THQ Nordic handling publishing.

Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed follows Mickey Mouse as he is pulled into Wasteland, a world inhabited by forgotten Disney characters after an accident involving his magical ink. Players use Mickey’s magical brush to restore the environment or alter it with paint and thinner while uncovering secrets throughout the world.

The remake adds several movement abilities that were not available in the original game, including a dash, ground pound and sprint. These abilities provide additional options for navigating Wasteland and dealing with enemies.

The adventure features areas inspired by classic Disney stories, with Mickey encountering familiar characters as he explores the game’s world.
