Dreams is the first new game from Media Molecule this generation who have previously created the Little Big Planet IP. While it is not out anytime soon, the game is available in early access and has received its first review by Official PlayStation Magazine UK.
Dreams is a successor to Little Big Planet because it builds on the community-driven model of its predecessor. In Dreams, you can basically create a full game using the tools given to you.
It is a game creation engine for dummies due to the ease of use nature of the game, and anything that is created with Dreams can be easily shared online.
In their review of the game by Official PlayStation Magazine UK, they have given it a perfect rating which is basically a testimony to the quality of tools offered in Dreams.

You are not just limited to creating your own levels but can download and play almost any level created by others all over the world. This means there is technically no shortage of content that you can access and play inside the game.
There will be developer-created levels and other free content that will be available once the game is out officially, but so far with the early access version, you can still enjoy a good chunk of free content that players are continuing to make every day in the game.
