It is available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Released on March 28, 2023, it marks the eighteenth installment in the MLB: The Show series. Jazz Chisholm Jr., a player for the Miami Marlins, is featured on the cover, while The Captain Edition pays homage to retired New York Yankees player Derek Jeter.
