Ghost of Yōtei update 2.09 is now available on PlayStation 5, adding a new option for players starting New Game+. The update allows players to choose whether they want to skip the prologue, giving them the option to experience its opening again during a subsequent playthrough.
The latest patch also fixes an issue that caused characters to load incorrectly when transitioning from Most Wanted to the main game. Sucker Punch Productions has also included additional bug fixes, although specific details about those fixes have not been provided.
