Godzilla: King of the Monster Character Posters Are A Thing of Beauty

Godzilla: King of the Monsters is out next summer. The movie has received its second trailer recently and marketing has started to ramp up slowly.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters is a sequel set up after the first movie and also ties in with the upcoming King Kong vs. Godzilla sequel. It will feature new monsters while some will return from the first film. The confirmed list of monster so far includes Mothra, Rodan, and King Ghidorah.

Godzilla: King of the Monster will star Millie Bobby Brown, Sally Hawkins, Vera Farmiga, and Kyle Chandler. It is directed by Michael Dougherty, who has taken the reins for the sequel from Gareth Edwards. Legendary Pictures considers this a part of their shared MonsterVerse that also features King Kong. They are planning to release a film featuring King Kong and Godzilla which is scheduled for a release in Summer 2020. Kong: Skull Island and Godzilla are two major franchises part of the Legendary’s MonsterVerse.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters is set to arrive in theatres on May 31, 2019, in the United States.
