Gran Turismo 7 Release Date Set For March 2022
Polyphony Digital has shared a release date for Gran Turismo 7 and it will be out in March for the PS4 and PS5. They also shared new gameplay footage.
Gran Turismo 7 was originally announced as a PS5 exclusive but that changed when the game was revealed to be coming to the PS4 as well along with God of War Ragnarok. It has received a release date of March 4, 2022, after initially targeting a release in 2021 and then delaying to 2022.
There appears to be a wealth of customization options in the game. Fans will be able to take pictures of their favorite cars with all of the bells and whistles that they expect from the series.
Kazunori Yamauchi, President of Polyphony Digital shares some details on the game’s development in a blog post. “
The objective for GT7 in current culture today, is to design a game to convey everything from the last 150 years of car and racing culture, whether you are a lifelong fan or discovering cars for the first time.”
“GT7 is both the culmination of the series which answers the expectations of GT fans throughout the years, and at the same time it is a title that marks a beginning of a difficult mission to contain the full breadth of car culture from the past into a single video game. “
Gran Turismo 7 will be out on March 4, 2022, for the PS4 and PS5.
