Rockstar Games has officially announced that GTA 6 pre-orders will open on June 25, 2026, giving players their first opportunity to secure a copy of one of the most anticipated games in the industry’s history.

Pre-orders will go live at midnight local time across participating digital storefronts and retailers. Rockstar also reaffirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI will launch on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The standard edition will be priced at $79.99, while the newly announced Ultimate Edition will be available for $99.99. According to Rockstar, the Ultimate Edition includes an exclusive collection of vehicles, weapons, apparel and other content tied to the game’s protagonists, Jason and Lucia.

Rockstar describes GTA 6 as a single-player experience set within the largest and most detailed version of the series’ world to date. The company has not shared any additional gameplay details as part of the pre-order announcement.

Players who pre-order or purchase the game before November 20, 2026 will receive the Vintage Vice City Pack, a bonus collection of in-game items inspired by the city’s neon-soaked past.

Digital pre-orders will also include one month of GTA+, Rockstar’s subscription service. The membership can be redeemed immediately after purchase, allowing players to access GTA+ benefits before GTA 6 launches, including content available in Grand Theft Auto V and titles featured in the GTA+ Games Library.

Rockstar also confirmed pre-load plans ahead of release. Players who purchase a digital version of the game will be able to begin downloading it from November 12, 2026, one week before launch.

Physical copies will also be available from November 12 and will contain a download code inside the box, allowing buyers to pre-load the game before release day.

When pre-orders go live, Grand Theft Auto VI will be available through the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, Rockstar Games Store, and participating retailers worldwide.
