Four Major Xbox Exclusives May Go Multiplatform, Including Indiana Jones

Four major Xbox exclusives may go multiplatform in the near future, including Bethesda Game Studios and MachineGames’ upcoming action adventure game, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

Known insider eXtas1stv took to Twitter/X to share that they know of 4 Xbox exclusives that will go multiplatform in the near future, and Windows Central’s Jez Corden believes one of them is Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. eXtas1stv added that, as of today, the main question should not be which titles will make their way to other platforms, as we more or less know the answer to that. As per them, it’s more a matter of “when” than “if”.

Meanwhile, Corden pointed out that Microsoft doesn’t own the Indiana Jones IP, and that Disney may have had a hand in the potential upcoming announcement of a PlayStation version. He later updated his post by clarifying that the chance of a PS5 version of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is “large”, suggesting that more than one source may have verified the rumor to him. Only time will tell whether there is indeed an announcement, and whether it has anything to do with Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

He also addressed the recent rumor regarding Microsoft’s alleged announcement having something to do with Forza Horizon 5. According to Corden, Playground Games’ racing game likely isn’t the title being announced next week, though he added that it doesn’t mean it won’t ever be ported. While he said it would make a lot of money on PlayStation, he believes now is not the time Microsoft has in mind for the announcement of that port.

Multiple sources had recently claimed that a major Xbox first-party exclusive will soon be making its way over to PS5. The first source, Reset Era member and known insider, shinobi602, claimed that the announcement is expected to happen next week. The second source, Twitter/X user eXtas1stv, claimed that Xbox is looking to bring Forza Horizon 5 to Sony’s current-gen console in the not too distant future.
