Just Cause 4 Update Adds Support For Danger Rising DLC, and More

Just Cause 4 has been updated to version 1.30 to add support for the upcoming Danger Rising DLC. This DLC is expected to launch on August 29th.

Just Cause 4 is getting its last piece of DLC with the Danger Rising expansion. This expansion adds a new way to travel by bringing in a hoverboard for Rico. There is a new gravity-defying gun added in the expansion called The Stormalong EM Zero. This update has apparently added a new location to the world map as discovered on reddit.

Danger Rising is the third DLC for Just Cause 4. The previous one was Lost Demonois which was also released along with an update to the game.

Demon Rising DLC will launch on August 29th for the Gold Edition and Expansion Pass owners of Just Cause 4. For those who want to purchase the DLC separately, they will have to wait until September 5th when it will be available individually from the season pass.

Just Cause 4 update 1.30 also includes some other changes as mentioned in the patch notes.

  • Free Legacy Items – Now Available via the supply drop
  • Additional Black Market and Monthly Challenge Support
  • Day/Night cycle adjustments
  • Miscellaneous bug fixes

The game was available as part of Xbox Game Pass early this year. You can grab it in the Summer Sale on the PlayStation Store. The expansion pass is also available to purchase through the PlayStation Store.
