Sony Interactive Entertainment and Arc System Works have revealed the release schedule for the Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls Year 1 Character & Stage Pass through the game’s Steam page, outlining the post-launch content planned through September 2027.
The roadmap confirms that Phoenix Cyclops will be the first downloadable fighter, arriving between October and December 2026. Three additional playable characters will follow throughout 2027, with one new stage also planned during the second content drop.
According to the published schedule, the Year 1 DLC will release as follows:
- October to December 2026: Phoenix Cyclops
- January to March 2027: Character 2
- April to June 2027: Character 3 and Stage 1
- July to September 2027: Character 4
Players who purchase the Year 1 Character & Stage Pass will also receive a set of result screen character poses, which is available immediately.
The pass is included with the Digital Deluxe and Ultimate editions of Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls. At present, Phoenix Cyclops is the only post-launch character to have been officially revealed, with the identities of the remaining three fighters yet to be announced.
Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls launched on August 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Windows. Developed by Arc System Works and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, the 2.5D tag-team fighter features a 4v4 combat system where all team members share a single health bar, alongside a story-driven Episode Mode and multiple online multiplayer options.
