Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 received a new update on November 2, 2026, introducing gameplay adjustments and bug fixes across Multiplayer and DMZ. The biggest changes affect DMZ, where UAV Tower spawns have been reduced by 40% and randomised, while the Sedative Inhaler’s duration has been doubled from 60 to 120 seconds. The Truce Flag cooldown has also been reduced from 180 to 60 seconds.
Multiplayer receives adjustments to Shipment’s spawn logic, fixes for out-of-bounds exploits on Sentry and Mumbai, and improvements to HUD visibility. The update also restores 23% of the intended dive velocity, temporarily disables the JOKR Launcher’s Infrared mode to prevent an exploit, and addresses several stability issues. Infinity Ward is also preparing the Season 1 patch notes ahead of its November 5 launch.
