Pokémon Presents Event Dated For February 26
The Pokémon Company has announced Pokémon Presents for new announcements related to the Pokémon franchise on February 26. It was announced on Twitter today.
There have been rumors for a while that The Pokémon Company is working on a remake of Pokémond Diamond and Pearl that will be announced this week. The event that is happened today could be one of the venues to share this announcement, but we have to add this is all speculation for now.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Pokémon franchise and to celebrate it, there are announcements and new games lined up throughout this year. Among the games is New Pokémon Snap and a Detective Pikachu successor that hasn’t been revealed so far. This could be shown during the Pokémon event tomorrow.

Pokémon Presents will be live streamed on YouTube on February 26 at 7:00 AM PDT. As for the announcements that are planned for this event, they could be anything from a reveal for games that have been confirmed like Detective Pikachu, to announcements of the rumors Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Remake. There is also a rumor that suggests that Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver could get a re-release on the Nintendo Switch.
