Resident Evil 4 Remake: How To Find All Blue Medallions

The Resident Evil 4 remake is now available, and if you’re looking to find all the blue medallions in order to complete Merchant Requests, read ahead.

The Resident Evil 4 remake features 19 Merchant Requests, of which there are 6 that require you to find and shoot down a number of blue medallions. It’s worth highlighting that you can get locked out of these side quests, as there’s no way to return to them once their corresponding chapter has been completed. Therefore, it is recommended that you complete these objectives as soon as they become available.

How To Find All Blue Medallions In Resident Evil 4 Remake

The location of each of the blue medallions you can shoot down in the Resident Evil 4 remake will be marked on your map once you take up their corresponding Merchant Request. A description of the locations are provided below in order to help you find them.

Chapter 1

• Blue Medallion #1: You’ll find the first medallion hanging at the corner of the building containing a typewriter save point in the Farm area.
• Blue Medallion #2: You’ll also find the second medallion in the Farm area inside the barn containing cows. Head inside the barn to shoot it.
• Blue Medallion #3: The third medallion is located inside a little hut on the left side of the farm.
• Blue Medallion #4: The fourth medallion can be shot down by aiming at it through the upstairs window of the big barn on the right end of the Farm area.
• Blue Medallion #5: The fifth and final medallion in chapter 1 can be found hanging from a balcony on the windmill in the right corner of the Farm, towards the right of the Shrine.

Chapter 3

• Blue Medallion #1: You’ll find the first medallion in the entrance section of The Quarry. Look above for find it hanging from the wooden scaffolding.
• Blue Medallion #2: You’ll find the second medallion hanging underneath the pier close to where the boat is located.
• Blue Medallion #3: The third medallion is located inside the first hut at the starting area of the Fish Farm.
• Blue Medallion #4: The fourth medallion can be shot can shot down through an opening in the wooden wall towards the left side of the Fish Farm.
• Blue Medallion #5: The fifth and final medallion in chapter 3 can be found at the end of the Fish Farm on the right side, after dropping down into the flooded area. Walk under the wooden walkway to find it.

Chapter 7

• Blue Medallion #1: You’ll find the first medallion in the pavilion behind the cannon.
• Blue Medallion #2: You’ll spot the second medallion in the window of ruins across from the cannon, towards its north. Shoot it down using the cannon.
• Blue Medallion #3: The third medallion can be seen hanging on the wall above the second medallion. Shoot it down via the cannon.
• Blue Medallion #4: The fourth medallion can be found hanging on the ceiling in the room where the cannon’s counterweight is destroyed.
• Blue Medallion #5: The fifth medallion can be found by climbing the ladder in the room where the cannon’s counterweight is destroyed, and looking towards the bottom-left.
• Blue Medallion #6: The sixth and final medallion in chapter 7 can be found before going through the next door from the room where the cannon’s counterweight is destroyed.

Chapter 9

• Blue Medallion #1: From the typewriter save room with the merchant, head back to the gate and then to the maze. You’ll find the first medallion before entering the maze on the wall on the side.
• Blue Medallion #2: You’ll spot the second medallion in the Grand Hall, behind the Headless Statue.
• Blue Medallion #3: The third medallion can be seen found hanging from the last window behind the curtain in the Dining Hall.
• Blue Medallion #4: The fourth medallion can be found on the chandelier on the floor above the Grand Hall.
• Blue Medallion #5: The fifth medallion can be found hanging above throne on the floor above the Armory.
• Blue Medallion #6: The sixth and final medallion in chapter 9 can be found hanging at the end of the path behind a pillar in the Gallery.

Chapter 14

• Blue Medallion #1: You’ll find the first medallion after near the merchant room. It’s located above the previous door.
• Blue Medallion #2: You’ll spot the second medallion by looking towards your right upon exiting the merchant room.
• Blue Medallion #3: The third medallion is found on a red container in the Cargo Depot.
• Blue Medallion #4: The fourth medallion can be found at the north of Cargo Depot.
• Blue Medallion #5: The fifth and final medallion in chapter 14 can be found hanging off a tower in the south-west corner of the Cargo Depot.

Chapter 15

• Blue Medallion #1: You’ll find the first medallion in the tower above the exit of Cliffside Ruins. A shotgun or scoped rifle is recommended for shooting it down.
• Blue Medallion #2: You’ll spot the second medallion hanging on the side of the ruins between the scaffolding in the south-west of Cliffside Ruins
• Blue Medallion #3: The third medallion is found hanging below ruins near the water towards the opposite of the second Medallion.
• Blue Medallion #4: The fourth medallion can be found inside the ruins behind the wall located on the other side of the ladder.
• Blue Medallion #5: The fifth and final medallion of the game can be found by climbing down the ladder where the fourth medallion was located, and then looking out the windows on the right to see it on the cliffs. You’ll see it outside the windows on the right, towards the cliffs.
