In its Management Meeting presentation for the year 2023 (via), Sega has shared fresh details regarding its recently announced reboots of five of its classic series, namely Streets of Rage Revolution, Golden Axe, Shinobi, Crazi Taxi, and Jet set Radio.

While the other IPs have been dormant for a long time, Streets of Rage has recently received a fourth entry, titled Streets of Rage 4. It is a side-scrolling beat ’em up game developed by Dotemu, Lizardcube, and Guard Crush Games and published by Dotemu. It serves as a sequel to the original trilogy that was released for the Sega Genesis in the 1990s. The game was made available on various platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows, Xbox One, Linux, and macOS in 2020. A Stadia version was released in 2021, followed by Android and iOS in 2022.
