Grade shop is basically the storefront for new game plus mode. You can buy various items from the Grade Shop using the points that you have accumulated so far to unlock a new type of bonus for the second or third playthrough. Here’s what is included in the Grade Shop.

To access the grade shop, you don’t really do anything manually. It is automatically open once you start a new game plus mode. It will let you finally use all the Grade points that you have worked hard to gather so far. There are some tricks to farming Grade points as discussed here.

Purchase Price: 10 Grade
Description: Decreases the amount of experience that is earned during battle by 0.5x.
2x Gald
Purchase Price: 600 Grade
Description: Increases the amount of Gald that is earned in battle by 2x.
2x Grade
Purchase Price: 3000 Grade
Description: Increases the amount of Grade that is earned during battle by 2x.
10x Experience
Purchase Price: 3000 Grade
Description: Increases the amount of experience that is earned during battle by 10x.
Artes
Purchase Price: 1000 Grade
Description: Inherits all Artes learned by all characters.
Battle Techniques
Purchase Price: 50 Grade
Description: Decreases the amount of experience that is earned in battle to 1. In exchange. The bonus experience from combos is increased by 5x.
Collector’s Book
Purchase Price: 10 Grade
Description: Inherits all data acquired in the ‘Collector’s Book.’
Cooking Skill
Purchase Price: 50 Grade
Description: Inherits all cooking skill learned by party members.
Craft Skill

Description: Removes all level requirements for synthesis.
Decrease Max HP

Description: Each character joins the party with 20% less max HP.

Increase Over Limit

Description: Inherits the unlocked abilities of the Fell Arms but does NOT inherit the Fell Arms themself. In order to inherit both the Fell Arms and their unlocked abilities, you must purchase this AND ‘Items.’

The Grade shop will get you back all your point after each new game so if you have gathered 3000 points and then play through a new game plus mode again, you will be refunded all the points back in addition to any new ones.
