Rebel Wolves has announced that The Blood of Dawnwalker has officially gone gold, marking the completion of the game’s core development ahead of its planned release next month.

The studio confirmed the milestone on social media, posting: “The Blood of Dawnwalker has gone gold! Vale Sangora awaits.”

Going gold typically means the launch version of a game has been finalised and is ready for manufacturing and distribution, although developers may continue working on updates ahead of release.

The Blood of Dawnwalker is scheduled to launch on September 3, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, the open-world dark fantasy action RPG is set in 14th-century Europe during the plague and follows Coen, a man cursed to live as a human by day and a vampire by night.

Players will explore the world of Vale Sangora while racing against a dynamically progressing 30-day time limit, combining swordplay and human magic during the day with supernatural vampire abilities after sunset.
