Xbox has removed Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 from its list of upcoming Game Pass releases without providing a reason for the change.
The update appeared on Xbox’s official list of titles coming to the subscription service, accompanied by an editor’s note that reads: “We’ve removed Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 from the list of titles coming soon to Game Pass.”
No further explanation has been provided by Microsoft, and the company has not announced whether the remake has been delayed for Game Pass or if it will join the service at a later date.
The removal comes after Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 was previously expected to arrive on the service on July 21, 2026. The remake remains available to purchase separately, but its planned inclusion in the subscription service is now uncertain.
Developed as a complete remake of the original two Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater games, the collection modernises the classic skateboarding titles with updated visuals while retaining their original levels, soundtrack, and gameplay. Despite Xbox owning the Tony Hawk franchise through its Activision Blizzard acquisition, Microsoft has yet to comment on why the title was removed from the upcoming Game Pass schedule.
