Registrations for The Duskbloods Closed Network Test are now open, giving Nintendo Switch 2 owners the opportunity to try FromSoftware’s upcoming multiplayer title ahead of its release.
The developer announced on social media, “Registration for The Duskbloods Closed Network Test has now begun. Please register via the official network test website. We look forward to making your acquaintance in the Lands of Dusk.”
Applications are open from July 22 at 7:00 a.m. PDT until July 28 at 6:59 a.m. PDT. Participants will be selected in the order applications are received, with successful applicants being notified on August 7 at 6:00 a.m. PDT.
According to the official website, the network test is designed to evaluate the game’s online infrastructure before launch. The primary objectives include testing game server load, multiplayer functionality across different network environments and overall game balance using data gathered from real players.
The test build supports multiplayer matches of up to eight players. FromSoftware also notes that, as this is a pre-release version of the game, players may encounter bugs during gameplay.
Those selected will be able to download The Duskbloods Network Test Ver. beginning August 18 at 6:00 a.m. PDT using a download code provided through their account.
The Closed Network Test will take place across five sessions:
