The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II Launches June 4 On PS4
XSEED Games are releasing the next chapter in the epic JRPG series, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II, on June 4th. The company has revealed this information in a new press release shared today.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 1 was released in March for the PS4. Make sure to read our review to find out why this is a special series for fans of the JRPG genre. Now the second chapter is also getting a release date on the PS4 and will be out on June 4th, 2019.
Trails of Cold Steel has a total of four games released so far. Only two of them are officially localized while the third one is coming soon. The fourth entry in the Trails of Cold Steel series is already out in Japan. The main developer behind Trails of Cold Steel is Falcom while XSEED Games handles the Western localization.
Trails of Cold Steel II first launched for the PS3 and PS Vita and then was later ported to the PC. This new release is from the PC version of the game offering many noticeable new improvements.
The game will also get a Relentless Special Edition that comes with the following extra content.

- Pack of 7 Sept-Terrion cards
- SteelBook® case featuring only artwork, with a separate outer package design
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II will be out on June 4th exclusively for the PS4.
