Bethesda Softworks has confirmed the RAGE 2 PC system requirements and revealed that the game has now gone gold, which means that they have now sent a master copy to be pressed on discs for mass production in time for the launch of the game.
RAGE 2 is the sequel to the post-apocalyptic first-person shooter that launched the last generation for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. It was a revolutionary game at that time due to its use of a new texture streaming technology as part of the new game engine developed by Bethesda under John Carmack.

RAGE 2 is being developed by Avalanche Studios, who are best known for their work on Just Cause and Mad Max. They are handling most of the game development and collaborating with Bethesda Softworks on this project. The game going gold was confirmed by Bethesda in a blog post where they also revealed RAGE 2 PC system requirements and additional visual features.

RAGE 2 will be out on May 14, 2019, for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
