If you own Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End or Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, all you need to do is to head over to the PlayStation Store on PS5. You can also do it from your PC and grab the game from this link. You will have to pay $10 to upgrade to the PS5 version but the bonus here is that you will get the complete collection at this price.
This means that if you either own Uncharted 4 or Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, you will be able to claim both games as part of this upgrade.
