Rumor: Watch Dogs 3 Is Out This Year, Will Be Set In London
Watch Dogs 3 is apparently out this year. The game will be reportedly set in London and feature a male or female protagonist as the lead character depending on the choice of the player.
The major game from Ubisoft this year is Watch Dogs 3, this is according to a new rumor that was verified by Kotaku editor Jason Schreier.
The source of this rumor is the same as the Assassin’s Creed 2020 leak, but this time, it was confirmed by Kotaku editor Jason Schreier that at least the London setting is correct while the game might launch this year.
Here’s a summary of the 4chan leak that talked about Watch Dogs 3. It revealed that the game will be set in London while there will be a choice given for picking a male or female protagonist although that won’t reflect in the story. This has been the case with Far Cry 5 and New Dawn as well.
– No new AC game in 2019. This year is Watch_Dogs 3.
– Watch dogs 3 will be set in London
– Focus more on smaller firearms and knives for combat with a larger emphasis on hacking
– New Character. Can choose male or female (like Far Cry 5), but same story.
This is a pretty safe rumor for Ubisoft who released a brand new Watch Dogs in 2016 when there was no Assassin’s Creed game followed up by two new Assassin’s Creed games back to back in 2017 and 2018 respectively. Judging from their pattern, Watch Dogs 3 releasing in 2019 won’t be that big of a surprise.
