Bandai Namco has released the opening cinematic trailer for ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE ahead of the game’s launch on October 2, 2026. The cinematic introduces the world of Strangereal and sets the stage for the game’s Campaign Mode.
Players will take on the role of the Wings of Theve, described as a legendary ace pilot, as they enter the campaign and prepare for the game’s aerial combat.
ACE COMBAT 8: WINGS OF THEVE will launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. The game is currently available to pre-order, with pre-orders including access to the F-14A aircraft.
The Deluxe Edition includes the base game, three days of early access, a customisable cosmetic set and a Premium Ace Pass Plus Voucher.
