Marvel’s Avengers has received a release date for the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles in addition to the Hawkeye DLC that will add new content.
Square Enix has announced a release date for Marvel’s Avengers that will bring next-generation upgrades for the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. They have also shared information on the Hawkeye DLC that is planned to be the first major story content update for the game since it launched back in September.

In a blog post, Square Enix has outlined the story and content plans for Season One Chapter 2 of Marvel’s Avengers. This includes the addition of Hawkeye DLC and more.
We first met Clint in Kate Bishop’s Operation, Taking AIM, where she brought him back from the brink of a huge AIM conspiracy involving the manipulation of time itself. Operation Hawkeye: Future Imperfect marks Chapter 2 of Season One, where we continue diving into the consequences of the Tachyon Project and come face-to-face with a possible future where all hope is lost.
According to Square Enix, this next-gen version will include “upgraded visuals and framerate, haptic feedback for each hero, significantly faster load times, improved destruction and Heroic detail.” You can have a look at it in the trailer below.
Here is a trailer that details the Hawkeye DLC and new content that will be featured in the upcoming update for the game. This DLC is called ‘Operation Hawkeye – Future Imperfect’.
Marvel’s Avengers will be available for PS5, Xbox Series on March 18 alongside the Operation Hawkeye – Future Imperfect update.
