Monster Hunter Rise Demo: Here’s How To Download It On Nintendo Switch

Monster Hunter Rise demo is available to download now for the Nintendo Switch. This demo will offer online and offline gameplay. Here’s how to get it.

Capcom has announced that Nintendo Switch owners will be able to download a free demo for Monster Hunter Rise. This demo will be available to download from January 7th until February 1st. There are no requirements in order to download this demo.

What Is Included In MH Rise Demo?

This demo offers four quests including two tutorial missions and two full hunts. There will be a total of 14 weapon types available to play in the demo. The limitation is that once you have completed the quests, the demo will end. The limit for the hunts is 30. Online multiplayer will be accessible until February 1st when the demo is no longer available to download on Nintendo eShop.

The following four quests are confirmed to be a part of the demo.

  • Basic Training Quest
  • Wyvern Riding Training Quest
  • Slay a Great Izuchi
  • Slay a Mizutsune

In addition to offering four single-player quests, the demo also includes support for online multiplayer. You will need a working Nintendo Switch Online membership in order to play the online multiplayer. There is support for up to four players in the online multiplayer. There is also support for local multiplayer which doesn’t require a Nintendo Switch Online membership.

How To Download Monster Hunter Rise Demo?

The demo will be available to download through the Nintendo eShop. You can head over to the Monster Hunter Rise page and grab the demo from there. You will need 1.6 GB of space on your Nintendo Switch in order to install it. Additionally, you can grab it from the official Capcom website.

Monster Hunter Rise will be available for the Nintendo Switch on March 26, 2021.
