Ninja Gaiden Master Collection Resolution, Frame Rate, and Deluxe Edition Content Detailed

Koei Tecmo has updated the official website for Ninja Gaiden Master Collection to confirm the resolution, frame rate, and contents of the Deluxe Edition.

Ninja Gaiden Master Collection release date was leaked earlier through the Microsoft Store. It will be out on June 10 and runs at 4K and 60 FPS on PS5 and Xbox Series consoles. However, this 4K resolution is also confirmed for the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. The game will render at a dynamic resolution that can scale down or up based on demanding scenes.

Dynamic resolution scaling will be a part of the PS4 Pro, PS5, Xbox One X, and Xbox Series versions. The standard edition of the game is being sold for 4950 yen which comes around to roughly $45, so it could be $40 for the regular edition.

The deluxe edition of the game comes with the following bonus content.

“NINJA GAIDEN: Master Collection Deluxe Edition” comes with a digital art book and digital soundtrack in addition to the game software itself. The art book contains more than 70 pages and the soundtrack contains more than 180 songs. Not only those who have known this work for a long time, but also those who are playing for the first time can enjoy the world of “NINJA GAIDEN” more deeply.

This version is being sold for 6050 Yen or roughly $55, so assuming this difference holds, we can expect $50 for the deluxe version.

The game will be out on June 10, 2021, for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PC, and Nintendo Switch. It contains NINJA GAIDEN Σ, NINJA GAIDEN Σ2, and NINJA GAIDEN 3: Razor’s Edge, however, the online multiplayer mode has been stripped away from the collection.
