ARC Raiders Update 1.36.0 introduces a new Solo, Duo, and Trio matchmaking system, fresh Expedition and Trials rewards, a crossover event with THE FINALS, and a redesigned in-game store. The update also improves loot rewards, expands quality of life features, and introduces numerous gameplay refinements.
Alongside the new content, Embark Studios has addressed a wide range of bugs affecting combat, maps, UI, cosmetics, and quests. The update also outlines current known issues and provides an update on ongoing anti-cheat and fair play initiatives.

Gameplay Updates
ARC
- Significantly increased loot rewards dropped by ARC Turbines.
- Fixed an issue where ARC Turbines could disappear shortly after spawning.
- Queen and Matriarch stomp knockback no longer passes through walls.
Items
- Weapons dropped on the ground now display their installed modifications.
- ARC Turbine parts no longer drop from Couriers.
- Higher-value items are now prioritised on Raider Den shelves, even when lower-value item stacks have a higher combined value.
Maps
- Fixed multiple locations where players could become stuck or clip through terrain.
- Fixed several areas on The Dam where players could fall through the terrain near spawn bunkers.
Quests
- Fixed an issue where the Quests menu could repeatedly return to the Done screen after claiming rewards and pressing Escape.
Quality of Life Updates
Matchmaking
- Matchmaking behaviour is now tracked independently for:
- Solo.
- Duo.
- Trio.
- Switching between squad sizes no longer affects matchmaking preferences across different modes.
Social
- The Emote Wheel now updates availability while it remains open, making emote usage clearer.
User Interface
- Fixed several German localisation issues.
- Improved the Feeding Rewards section in the Scrappy Nest by:
- Removing the empty placeholder tile.
- Improving messaging when rewards are unavailable or pending.
- Fixed HUD visibility settings not applying correctly at the beginning of rounds.
- Fixed the controller Show/Hide Tooltip option in the Logbook after collapsing and expanding quest entries.
Cosmetic Updates
- Fixed clipping issues affecting the Marco Outfit.
- Fixed missing colour variants for the Bog Walker Set.
- Players who spent Raider Tokens to unlock the missing colours will receive automatic refunds over the coming days.

Performance
- Some PC players may experience lower-than-normal frame rates.
- Some Xbox Series S players may encounter crashes.
Gameplay
- Quick Wheel item selection may switch unexpectedly when reopened quickly.
- Dolabra, Hullcracker, and Rascal do not damage Practice Range training dummies.
- Trigger ‘Nade throw animations may occasionally fail.
- Some gadgets and throwables are missing a Cancel option.
- Weapon swap animations may break after vaulting.
- Baron Husk search interruptions may cause animation issues.
- Shredders may float to ceilings inside some Hidden Bunker rooms.
- Leapers can jump through ARC Turbines.
- Access Capacitor Racks may occasionally spawn without usable batteries.
- Pickup sounds may play incorrectly.
- Merit items may incorrectly display Merit icons during raids.

Fair Play Updates
Anti-Cheat
- Denuvo Anti-Cheat is now fully enforced for all players.
- Anti-cheat detection has been improved through continued hardware and software detection upgrades and machine learning-driven input telemetry analysis.
Duplication Exploits
- Fixed several item duplication exploits.
- Ongoing monitoring of the in-game economy continues.
No Free Loadouts
- The experimental No Free Loadout requirement remains active for Night Raid and Close Scrutiny.
- Additional map conditions are being evaluated for future expansion.
Player Reporting
- Players now receive in-game Action Notices when action has been taken against reported players.
- Loot lost to confirmed cheaters continues to be compensated regardless of whether a report was submitted.
ARC Raiders Update 1.36.0 is now live for Windows PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Developed and published by Embark Studios, the PvPvE extraction shooter launched on October 30, 2025.
