Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 update 01.007.000 is now rolling out on PS4 and PS5, bringing additional security updates alongside several fixes and improvements. The update also adds a new Depth of Field toggle for Custom Games.
The latest Black Ops 2 patch addresses multiple UI issues, including a problem that could occur after adding friendly and enemy bots in Custom Games. It also fixes a rare Free for All issue involving a Combat Axe and adjusts UI settings automatically when platform-level UGC settings are enabled.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is available on PS4 and PS5 through its digital release, which launched on July 9, 2026. The ports are handled by Iron Galaxy Studios.
