Remedy has outlined its initial post-launch plans for Control Resonant, confirming that New Game++ is planned for October and Photo Mode is expected to arrive in November. The developer also teased additional cosmetic items for Dylan in future updates.
The current New Game+ mode allows players to complete the game one additional time after finishing the main story. The upcoming New Game++ update will remove that restriction, allowing players to begin another NG+ run without losing their existing progress.
Remedy expects New Game++ to arrive sometime in October. Players can also continue exploring after completing the main story, including unfinished side quests and World Feats.
Photo Mode is also in development and is expected to launch in November. Remedy said it has been working on the feature for some time and consulted virtual photographers from the community while developing it. The feature was held back from launch so the team could prioritise the overall state of the game.
The developer also confirmed that additional cosmetic items for Dylan are planned for future updates. More details about those items will be shared closer to their release.
