Pearl Abyss has released Crimson Desert Update 1.11.00, introducing new pet-related challenges that significantly expand the number of pets players can register. The update increases the pet registration limit to 100 while also adding new rewards for existing pet challenges and a dedicated map icon for baby wyverns.
Beyond the new content, the patch delivers a broad range of gameplay improvements across mounts, minigames, combat, controls, UI, localization, and general systems. Numerous bug fixes have also been implemented to improve stability and the overall gameplay experience.

Pet System Updates
- Added new challenges that allow players to register more pets.
- Increased the pet registration limit to 100 pets.
- Players can summon up to 50 pets at camp, even if more than 50 are registered.
- Added new reward items for the existing pet challenge that increases pet registration capacity.
- Players who previously completed the relevant challenge will receive rewards retroactively.

- Lowered overall difficulty.
- Adjusted ball movement to feel heavier.
- Reduced instances of the ball passing through walls.

- Kuku bird eggs and Wyvern eggs can no longer be stacked.
- Improved mounts so they are not summoned inside dangerous zones.

- Fixed an issue where dismounting from a wyvern midair could automatically remount the player.
- Fixed an issue where certain housing items could not be moved after being taken out in Housing Mode.
Combat and Action
- Fixed an issue where Spirit recovery did not increase after leveling the Focus skill for Damiane and Oongka.
- Players can now use Axiom Force to mount wyverns without learning Back Hang.
- Adjusted attack patterns for Golem enemies.
- Improved Explosive Evasive Shot and Multishot so additional effects activate when special arrows are equipped.
UI
- Improved images for certain animals, Knowledge entries, and Guides.
- Fixed an issue where animal names appeared as “???” at the Rancher’s Shop.
- Fixed an issue where the experience UI did not appear after feeding a pet.
Localization
- Fixed various localization errors.
- Improved localization quality across all supported languages.
Other Improvements and Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Oongka’s Scatter Shot did not consume cannonballs while clinging to walls.
- Fixed an issue where bonus yield effects did not function correctly when using the drill while clinging to a wall.
- Fixed an issue preventing Depth of Field from being disabled in Photo Mode.
- Fixed an issue where Blackstar and wyverns could walk into water under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue where wyvern attacks on land consumed excessive stamina.
- Added Flower Basket to the Hernand Provisioner’s Shop.
- Added Ranged Weapons of the World – Bows, Vol. I to the Hernand Equipment Shop.
- Fixed an issue where feeding consumed two food items on Hard difficulty.
- Added a method to obtain the Irkyn Knowledge entry after completing the kiln repair quest at the Kilnden Workshop.
