The popularity of Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles means that when the game was announced, a Western localization was basically confirmed. Now, we also have a confirmation of the Western release date.
Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles already has an English localization confirmed for it but that was from Sega and limited to Asia. It appears that a full localization is planned for the game as well and it will be out on October 15, or just one day after its Japanese launch.
The release date was leaked through the Microsoft Store. It hasn’t been officially announced yet but that should change soon. As for the game itself, it is a mixture of 1 vs. 1 fighting and adventure that chronicles the events of the anime and features many of the popular characters from it. The game is being developed by CyberConnect 2, which has previously worked on the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series and it will be published by Aniplex.
