Diablo IV has taken another step toward a potential Nintendo Switch 2 release after Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred appeared on Taiwan’s game rating board.
The listing, published by Taiwan’s classification authority, rates Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred for Nintendo Switch 2. Blizzard Entertainment is listed as the developer, while Activision Blizzard Entertainment Taiwan Branch is named as the publisher and authorised operator for Hong Kong and Macau.
According to the rating, the game is classified for violence, terror, and inappropriate language. The listing also identifies the title as a role-playing game and includes a launch date of April 28, 2026.
The Taiwanese classification follows earlier reports that Diablo 4 content had appeared on other international rating boards, including Indonesia’s IGRS, further fueling speculation that Blizzard may be preparing a Nintendo Switch 2 version of the action RPG.
Until an official announcement is made, the Switch 2 release remains unconfirmed despite the growing number of rating board listings.
