GigaBash is a brawler game developed and published by Malaysian independent studio Passion Republic Games. The game’s initial release occurred on August 5, 2022, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Subsequently, it became available for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on August 4, 2023.

Players assume control of kaiju characters and engage in battles across various stages with destructible environments. The monsters can execute light and heavy attacks, unleash unique special moves, dodge, air dash, and throw buildings and objects at each other. Accumulating Giga-energy by dealing damage enables the kaiju to transform into a stronger and larger “S-class” monster. A Giga-ball emerges during matches, granting your kaiju the ability to unleash a powerful ultimate attack that deals substantial damage to opponents.

It was initially released on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on September 7, 2021, followed by a Windows port on October 3, 2021. The Nintendo Switch version became available in July 2022, and it was released for Xbox Series X/S in June 2023. The game’s protagonist, Rayton, is an anthropomorphic rabbit and former ace pilot who uses a giant mechanical fist to battle the robotic Legion in Torch City, with the aim of liberating it.
