Escape from Tarkov Technical Update Fixes Halloween Map and Menu Bugs

by Ali Haider

Escape from Tarkov has received a new technical update addressing several issues with its Halloween-themed content. The patch fixes incorrect lighting in certain areas of the Infected Factory map and resolves a bug that prevented players from searching one of the scientist corpses in the Infected Laboratory.

The update also addresses two visual problems with the Halloween main menu, including a low-resolution background when using low texture settings and missing background animations after returning from a raid. Players can download the update through the launcher, although raid timers on updated servers may temporarily be reduced to 10 minutes.
