Final Fantasy VII Remake Screenshot Shows Improved Visuals, Trailer Set For Jump Festa

Square Enix has confirmed a new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake at the upcoming Jump Festa. They have also released a new screenshot.

Square Enix revealed their Jump Festa lineup and Final Fantasy VII Remake will get a new trailer there. This upcoming mega event will run from December 21 to 22 and located in Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Jump Festa website has some information on how the game will be promoted there. Square Enix has a photo booth with the Daytona bike and Buster Sword on display. They also have plans to share a trailer on Jump Festa but it is not clear if this will be a brand new video or an old one.

Lastly, there is a new screenshot of Final Fantasy 7 Remake. It is an interesting image because it shows improved visuals for Cloud. The game has been shown multiple times by now and going all the way back to the PlayStation Experience 2015 reveal and comparing it to the Tokyo Game Show 2019 and then Jump Festa screenshot reveals how the visuals and character models have evolved.

The lighting has been improved along with the character model for Cloud. It might look the same but there the most recent update to the character model shows Cloud has more expressions on his face and doesn’t look like a doll anymore.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be out on March 3, 2020, exclusively for the PS4. The game is being developed by Square Enix who is also publishing it. It is confirmed that this remake will be released in multi-parts and more games are being planned to launch in the near future once this one is out.
