Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 Battlepass Reportedly Features Darth Vader And Indiana Jones

Season 3 of Fortnite Chapter 3 is all set to feature Darth Vader and Indiana Jones as part of its battlepass, according to the latest rumor. An image containing battlepass details was shared on 4chan, which highlighted both Darth Vader and Indiana Jones as the main draw for Season 3 of Fortnite Chapter 3.

It’s unlikely that the image is fake, as it’s quite elaborate in depiction. Plus, given the kind of characters that have been showing up in previous seasons, both Darth Vader and Indiana Jones seem like a natural fit for Season 3 of Fortnite Chapter 3.

Darth Vader appears to be a reward for purchasing the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 battlepass. Players who purchase the battlepass should get to use Vader’s skin right away and get to play as the iconic Star Wars villain. Meanwhile, information on how to acquire Indiana Jones is set to be revealed later on. Other bonus rewards include additional character and weapon skins as well as items, as is the norm with Fortnite battlepass.

As for whether Vader and Jones will each be able to use their unique abilities during gameplay remains a question mark. Though, given how Spider-man was able to web swing his way around the level during the previous season, it’s safe to say that Epic Games will do full justice to both iconic characters featured in Season 3 of Fortnite Chapter 3 and will live up to the expectations of Star Wars and Indiana Jones fans.

Epic Games’ Fortnite comes in three different game mode variants, all of which share the same basic gameplay and game engine. Fortnite Battle Royale is a free-to-play battle royale game where up to 100 people compete to be the last one standing. Meanwhile, Fortnite: Save the World is a cooperative hybrid tower defense-shooter and survival game in which up to four players fight zombie-like creatures and defend objects with traps and fortifications they can build. Lastly, in Fortnite Creative, players have complete creative control over worlds and battle arenas.

Early access titles Save the World and Battle Royale were launched in 2017, while Creative was released on December 6, 2018. While Epic Games’ Save the World and Creative versions have been popular, Fortnite Battle Royale has become a global phenomenon, attracting more than 125 million players in less than a year and making hundreds of millions of dollars every month. Up to December 2019, Fortnite produced $9 billion in gross revenue.
