A leaked off-screen screenshot of a work-in-progress build of Fortnite appears to have confirmed the full roster of characters featured in the game’s upcoming Chapter 7 Season 4: Gaming Legends. The artwork does indeed look unfinished, as certain details, such as Pac-Man’s eyes, are missing.

The leak is all but confirmed, as a Sonic the Hedgehog x Fortnite comic book was recently revealed (via Kennythedevil_ on Twitter/X) with the same character designs for both Sonic and Shadow on its front cover.
Last month, known Fortnite insider SamLeakss claimed that the game’s upcoming Chapter 7 Season 4 would feature gaming legends, such as Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man, and Crash Bandicoot, and characters from the Kingdom Hearts series. His information is corroborated by the above alleged screenshot of the game’s work-in-progress build as well as the comic book collaboration.
Fortnite was developed by Epic Games and released in 2017 as a free-to-play online gaming platform featuring several interconnected modes built on the same engine. Its lineup includes Battle Royale, Save the World, Creative, Lego Fortnite, Rocket Racing, Fortnite Festival, and Ballistic, each offering unique gameplay while sharing graphics and core mechanics.
