Ghostrunner Update 1.05 Patch Notes Mention Graphical Improvements
Ghostrunner has been updated to version 1.05 on PS4. After the 4K resolution fix, this further improves the graphics as mentioned in the patch notes.
One More Level has updated Ghostrunner to version 1.05 on PS4. They are continuing to patch the game after the disastrous launch that was literally unplayable. The first major patch that was released last month fixed the 4K resolution issues on the PS4 Pro.

The most recent update appears to have made further improvements to the graphics as per the patch noes which can be accessed on the PS4. The update is rather small in size and should be under 500 MB if you have all the previous patches installed on PS4.
