A GTA 6 physical copy has reportedly surfaced ahead of the game’s November 19, 2026, release, with leaked images showing a 230GB minimum storage requirement and a reference to online functionality.

According to a Reddit post, the back of the Grand Theft Auto VI box includes the wording “Online Functionality Supported,” alongside several new screenshots from the game. The packaging also lists a minimum storage requirement of 230GB, which is higher than the 212GB figure officially revealed by Rockstar.

The difference amounts to 18GB, although there is currently no official explanation for the discrepancy. The Reddit poster suggested that the additional storage could account for the game’s online component when it becomes available, but this remains speculation.

The GTA 6 physical copy leak follows earlier reports that certain retailers, including MediaMarkt and Saturn, are including a double-sided poster with the game. That poster reportedly features the official cover artwork on one side and the game’s cover girl on the other.

Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The game returns to Vice City and the surrounding state of Leonida, following the story of two protagonists, Lucia and Jason.

Players who have pre-ordered the digital edition will be able to begin downloading the game on November 10. The previously listed 212GB download size means players will need to ensure they have sufficient free storage before pre-loading begins.

Physical editions are scheduled to begin arriving at retailers and shipping to customers on November 12, a week before the official release.
