GTA Online Winter DLC Potentially Leaked Via Data Mine

The contents features included in the upcoming Winter DLC for Rockstar’s GTA Online has potentially been leaked via a data mine.

Twitter user Gaming Detective has shared some keywords found in the GTA Online code, hinting at the potential contents and features to be added in the forthcoming Winter DLC.

One of the prominent new features is a brand new fast travel system. The DLC also seems to include new dead drop collectibles, and a new property that introduces a character called Dax. It’s also possible that Wade from GTA V will also make a return.

Previously, Rockstar Games had announced that it will no longer be offering major content updates for RDR Online, as the studio’s resources shift towards the development of GTA 6. GTA Online fans need not be concerned, however, as the studio continues to bring large updates to the game for the foreseeable future.The forthcoming Winter DLC is one such update.

Grand Theft Auto Online is an online multiplayer action-adventure game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It was released on October 1, 2013 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 18, 2014, for Windows (PC) on April 14, 2015, and for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on March 15, 2022. It is included as part of Grand Theft Auto V and also available standalone. Grand Theft Auto Online allows up to 30 players to explore its open world environment and participate in cooperative or competitive games. The game is set in the fictional state of San Andreas, which is based on Southern California.
