GTA VI Development Described As “Chaotic”, Won’t Be A Disappointment Graphics Wise – Report

According to a new report, GTA VI development has been described as something “chaotic” and it is not going smoothly for Rockstar Games. Rockstar Games haven’t announced a new GTA game since the release of GTA V in 2013, and they might be having some trouble with the next mainline game.

Fans have been long clamoring for a new GTA but they are left waiting for an announcement for a long time, and even the recently announced GTA V Enhanced and Expanded version was delayed from a 2021 release to 2022. To top it, the launch of GTA Trilogy Remaster was nothing short of a disaster for Rockstar Games.

All of this spells trouble for the once prestigious studio that used to lead the industry in innovation and games. Their last major release, Red Dead Redemption 2, launched back in 2018 and since then, they have faced some setbacks first with the reports of their crunch culture, and the departure of a few key people at the studio.

It won’t be a surprise then that GTA VI development is not going smoothly. The game is long overdue for an announcement, and it was supposed to happen now, but that is not the case so far. It appears that all hopes are pinned at an early 2022 announcement, and if that doesn’t happen, it could be a red flag for the development of the game.

According to an insider who has previously correctly leaked information on the new Star Wars project at Quantic Dreams, and shared the launch trailer of GTA Online The Contract update, the development of Grand Theft Auto VI is being described as “chaotic”. The inside also suggests that fans will be disappointed with some of the aspects of the game, but graphics won’t be one of them.

Rockstar Games has been hiring for a new project since the release of Red Dead Redemption 2. It is no secret that they are likely working on the next mainline game in the GTA series, but the long delay between the release of the last major game and the next one is leading to some fans causing doubt over the development, but hopefully, we don’t have to wait that long to find out now. In addition to this, there have also been some rumors suggesting that they are working on the Bully franchise and a remaster of Red Dead Redemption.
