Halo Infinite Campaign Missions Can’t Be Replayed, But That Can Change
Halo Infinite campaign is all set to launch on December 8. While it was possible to replay missions in the older Halo games, it is not the case for Halo Infinite.
Halo Infinite’s main campaign offers a decent length based on how fast you can play through it. It is not a short game by any means, but what if you want to replay your favorite mission?
Can you replay a mission in Halo Infinite, or are there any checkpoints that offer this functionality? Unfortunately, this is not the case based on the early reviews and impressions of the game.
According to a report by Polygon, there is no such ability to replay missions in the game.
The postgame does give you the option to keep exploring the wider environment, but for missions like the first two, where you’re not on the ring yet, you can’t replay from the same save file,” the representative said. “You’d be able to get any remaining FOBs, targets, [and] audio logs, but the main story missions would not repeat.
But this is not all bad news. According to the associate creative director of the game at 343 Industries, they might add the ability to replay missions after the launch with an update.
The game is available on Xbox Game Pass on December 8 and can be played on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series.
