Here’s Our First Look At The Logo For Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6

A teaser trailer for Microsoft and Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 was released just yesterday, and we now have our first look at the game’s logo.

Reddit user has shared screenshots of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 ads that appeared in a local newspaper today. While the ARG website that went live yesterday made it fairly obvious that it was about Treyarch’s next Call of Duty title, these newspaper ads have essentially confirmed the sixth entry in the Black Ops series, along with revealing its logo.

The ARG website that went live yesterday is also mentioned on the newspaper ad. The site loads a video that shows a team of operatives moving towards a federally closed area during night time. They are seen wearing night vision gear and in pursuit of someone. The teaser follows the ‘found footage’ approach to cinematography. An individual who appears to be from the military, judging by his clothing, is shown towards the end of the teaser, with his face censored.

The teaser trailer for the next Call of Duty title ends with a view of Mount Rushmore, with each of the sculptures having blindfolds on with the words “THE TRUTH LIES” written on them. Not much else is known about Black Ops 6 at this point, though the ARG teaser website suggests that prior rumors regarding the game being set during the Gulf War may indeed be true.

Last year, information leaked via a Call of Duty Warzone Mobile datamine had hinted at the possibility of Treyarch’s 2024 Call of Duty Black Ops title being set during the Gulf War. It was mentioned that the latter would be a direct sequel to Black Ops: Cold War. This information was also corroborated by known Call of Duty insider CoD_Perseus
