LEGO Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight PC System Requirements Revealed

by Greg Martin

Warner Bros. Games has revealed the official PC system requirements for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, outlining the hardware needed across multiple performance targets ahead of its May 22, 2026, release.

At the minimum level, the game targets 1080p at 30 FPS on low settings with upscaling and frame generation enabled. Players will need a system running Windows 11, powered by an Intel Core i5-10600K or AMD Ryzen 5 1600, along with 16 GB of RAM. GPU requirements include an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 with 4 GB of VRAM, an AMD Radeon RX 6400 with 4 GB, or an Intel Arc A580 with 8 GB.

For recommended settings, the target shifts to 1440p at 60 FPS on medium settings using DLSS, FSR, or XeSS in quality mode with frame generation. This configuration calls for an Intel Core i7-12700 or AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, paired with 16 GB of RAM and a GPU such as the RTX 2070 Super, RX 6650 XT, or Intel Arc B580.

Higher-end systems aiming for 4K at 60 FPS will require more demanding hardware, including an Intel Core i7-14700K or AMD Ryzen 7 9700X and 24 GB of RAM. Supported GPUs at this level include the RTX 4070 or AMD RX 9070 XT, with upscaling technologies still recommended to achieve the target performance.

Across all configurations, the game requires an SSD with 50 GB of available storage. The specifications indicate a reliance on modern upscaling and frame generation techniques to reach higher resolutions and frame rates.

LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is developed by Traveller’s Tales using Unreal Engine 5 and will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, and PC, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version planned for a later date. The game presents a broad retelling of Batman’s journey, featuring an open-world Gotham City, updated combat systems, and a selection of characters, suits, and vehicles drawn from across the franchise’s history.
