Marvel Tokon Players Finds Fix For PC Frame Pacing Issues

by Ali Haider

Marvel Tokon players have found a potential fix for frame pacing issues affecting the PC version of Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls. The workaround involves applying a manual 60 FPS cap through external software rather than relying on the game’s native frame rate limiter.

According to a post shared on the Marvel Tokon subreddit, the game’s built-in FPS cap was found to cause recurring frame timing spikes roughly every 30 frames. The player identified the issue using RivaTuner Statistics Server’s on-screen display and its frame time graph.

The suggested Marvel Tokon PC frame pacing fix is to set a manual 60 FPS limit through RivaTuner, the Nvidia App, Nvidia Control Panel, or the corresponding AMD software. The player specifically uses RivaTuner, although they noted that they had not personally tested the Nvidia or AMD options.

The player also recommends enabling Ultra Low Latency Mode and V-Sync for the Marvel Tokon profile in the Nvidia App or Nvidia Control Panel, while keeping V-Sync disabled in the game’s own graphics settings.

After applying these settings, the player reported that the frame time graph became much smoother, with the recurring dips appearing every 30 frames reportedly eliminated. They said the changes made the game feel smoother and more consistent.

Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls launched on August 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Windows. The 2.5D tag-team fighting game is developed by Arc System Works and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
