Metroid: Ravenous Reportedly Leaked by Brazilian Ratings Board Before Listing Was Removed

by Ali Haider

Metroid Ravenous has become the centre of fresh speculation after a now-deleted listing from Brazil’s Ministry of Justice and Public Security appeared to reference an unannounced Nintendo game.

The rating, which was reportedly spotted and shared by user Necrolipe on X before being removed, references a title called Metroid: Ravenous. As the listing has since been deleted, the information should be treated as a rumour.

According to the reported details, the game carries a 12+ age rating and lists 2026 as its year of production. The country of origin is stated as the United States, which has led to speculation that Nintendo of America submitted the title for classification.

Nintendo has yet to announce a game titled Metroid: Ravenous, and there is no confirmation that the deleted rating reflects an upcoming release. Ratings board leaks have accurately revealed unannounced games in the past, but they have also proven to be inaccurate or based on placeholder information.
