While the game is not out until a whole week, there have been some details shared on the pre-load date and its download size thanks to PlayStationGameSize, which tracks updates on the PlayStation Database.

When Can You Pre-Load MLB The Show 22

According to the Twitter account, you will be able to pre-load the game from March 29, 2022. This applies to the PS4 and PS5 versions of the game. If you own the MVP or Deluxe Edition, you can get the pre-load earlier on March 25. This is almost 10 days ahead of the release date.

If you own the standard edition, the launch is planned for April 5, but if you own the MVP or Deluxe Edition, you can play the game early on April 1.

MLB The Show 22 Download Size
