Sony has officially announced the return of its annual Days of Play promotion, with this year’s event scheduled to run from May 27 through June 10. The company says the celebration will include PlayStation Plus additions, hardware and software discounts, tournaments, digital rewards, and limited-time offers across PlayStation platforms.

As part of the event, PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive a new batch of Monthly Games beginning June 2. The lineup includes Grounded Fully Yoked Edition, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, though the latter will not be available in Korea. Sony also confirmed that EA Sports FC 26, which was part of May’s Monthly Games selection, will remain claimable until June 16.

EA Sports FC 26 players will also gain access to The World’s Game update on June 4. The update introduces an international tournament mode featuring 48 national teams, additional stadiums, international-themed Manager Live Challenges, and new ICONs and Heroes for Player Career.

For PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members, Destiny 2: Legacy Collection (2025) will join the Game Catalog on June 9. The package includes The Final Shape expansion, while Sony says the remainder of June’s catalog additions will be revealed later.

Sony is also rolling out several exclusive PlayStation Plus packs during the promotion. EA Sports FC 26 subscribers can claim an Icons Player Pack until June 16, while War of Tanks: HEAT players will receive a themed bundle featuring skins and in-game currency beginning May 26. Marathon players can also claim the Null Tempest Digital Bundle from June 2, which includes cosmetic rewards and profile customization items.

Premium and Deluxe subscribers will additionally get access to a large selection of Game Trials from May 27 through June 10. Sony says more than 40 indie titles will be included, with highlighted games such as Baby Steps, Lumines Arise, and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

Elsewhere, Sony is giving away free PlayStation Indies-themed avatars to all PlayStation users starting June 4. The avatars can be redeemed through voucher codes available on the PlayStation Plus website and console pages tied to the promotion. Select digital games will also receive discounts on the PlayStation Store, with PlayStation Plus members getting additional savings on titles including Cairn, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, and Balatro.

Competitive events will also be part of the celebration. Sony confirmed special PlayStation Tournaments across games such as Tekken 8, Mortal Kombat 1, Gran Turismo 7, EA Sports Madden NFL 26, NBA 2K26, Astro Bot, Fortnite, and more. Players participating in at least one match will receive a Days of Play avatar and automatic entry into sweepstakes prizes that include PlayStation Portal devices, DualSense Edge controllers, PlayStation Store credit, and PlayStation Plus Premium memberships. Fortnite competitors will also have access to a global prize pool worth $200,000.

On the hardware side, Sony is offering discounts across several PlayStation products during the event. Promotions include $100 off PlayStation VR2, $50 off Pulse Explore earbuds, $40 off the Pulse Elite headset, and up to $20 off DualSense controllers. Various PS5 games, including Ghost of Yōtei, Helldivers 2, Death Stranding 2, and The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered, will also be discounted.

Sony additionally confirmed temporary PlayStation Plus membership promotions. New subscribers in participating regions can save up to 33% on 12-month memberships, while existing Essential and Extra members can receive discounts when upgrading to Premium or Deluxe tiers.
